Teens!!!
Got a weight issue or no someone who dose? Well, the Average Joe over here has some unique and natural ways to lose weight.


1.You really have to think of your self as beautiful. Because not only do people notice, but the world will seem like a much brighter place and it reduces stress :)

2. Does your back sometimes hurt? Recently through my own experience, my chiropractor told me that when your back is out of wack so is your stomach. Which can cause discomfort in the stomach,back and can cause weight gain because your system isn't working right.
          --->so, go to a chiropractor ask for an exam.
(My doctor recommended ENZYMES. A natural pill that speeds up your metabolism.)

3. Obviously: NO FAST FOOD! There's over 1,000 calories in just one sandwich.  Here is a link of how many foods you could really be eating that will keep you fuller longer and give you more energy:

4. Exercise! I`m not talking running for a few hours or going to the extreme but, go for a walk say 15-30 mins a day. Take a camera with you! Take an Ipod!  Take some pictures at the local park or a trail near home. You could even just a walk around your neighborhood. Just relax and open your eyes.

5. Replace the desserts/snacks/treats!!!
We all love dessert. Things that are sweet... and who would want to give up chocolate ?!?!?
Well I`m not telling your to give it up just REPLACE IT!!!!  
Their are desserts that taste good and are good for you,(believe it or not). Instead of eating a chocolate bar, buy nuttella. Use 1 tea spoon and put it on all natural whole wheat bread.

6. HAVE A GOAL.
A pound lost each week is 50 pounds a year!!! Amazing! 2 pounds a week is 100 pounds lost a year! DON'T aim high. Anything above 3-4 pounds a week is unhealthy. Just one pound can equal a lot in the end.
(Put sticky notes on your wall,locker,door, mirror that states  1 pound a week.)

7. Speak up for Natural Salt!!! Natural Salt works great for a number of things.
Not only does it taste great, But, it can get rid of headaches and  hellllooooo It`s good for you!
(Yes i did say gets rid of headaches, so no more spending money on ibuprofen or drugs that have fine prints that say Danger may cause... No one wants to think they're taking something that could cause more damage. Simply take a dash of salt then water ever 20 mins untill your headaches gone and well there you go.) benefits of natural salt   :

8. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Its true! Just 1 apple a day can make a huge difference. Eat one with breakfast or for a snack, even before a meal. Does apple juice count? NO! apple juice contains sugar which in the end will not be any benefit to you.
Nuttella again? That`s right put nutella on your sliced apples. I eat an apple a day and have noticed you can only eat something so many times before it gets boring. Nutella, Natural Honey, Low Fat Cheese and Crackers are all great things you can use to help you keep eating that 1 apple a day.

9. A Pear a day!?!? Like I said eating apples get boring after awhile.Switch it up! An Apple Monday and a Pear Tuesday and continue to switch off every day. Pears contain 15% of your daily recommended fiber  intake.

10.FIBER!FIBER!FIBER!!!
Fiber is a great way to lose weight , it helps your digestive system get all that icky stuff out of your stomach. So, when you buy products look at the label and read how much fiber is in 1 serving if one product has 10% fiber and the other has 11% go for 11%! that ONE number can make a difference also another snack is Fiber 1 bars!

11. Grapefruit.
Personally, I`m not a fan of the Grapefruit. I could only ever it it when it had sugar on it but hey! If it's something you like- all natural ,add it to your shopping list. One half of a Grapefruit before each meal can help you loose 1 pound even without changing anything else you eat!

12.ALMONDS!
All natural unsalted almonds is a GREAT way to loose weight! and it is good for the heart. Got a Costco card? Put almonds on your shopping list and get that LARGE container. If you're someone who eats while watching TV or just likes snacking on chips....guess what? We're swapping chips for almonds! Almonds contain more magnesium then spinach or oatmeal and lowers cholesterol.

13. Vegetables!
Vegetables are natural and can be eaten steamed or raw which is another great food if you eat when bored.

14. Water
Drinking at least 2 glasses of water before a meal. Yup! not one but 2! We usually eat because we think we're hungry. But actually half the time we're dehydrated. Water helps fill you up and will help you eat less when you're at dinner. Drink at least 2 glasses of water an hour before each meal. That equals 8 glasses which is the daily recommend amount anyways. :)

15. Ginger
Ginger gives a boost to your metabolism, which helps us digest food. You can add it to tea and instead of using sugar in your tea use natural honey. You can even use ginger in cooking like in stir fry you can look up different ways to use ginger in cooking while using the internet.

16.  Natural Cinnamon
Add half teaspoon to your smoothie,
Sprinkle on top of your Oatmeal with some apples and raisins.
Sprinkle some one your apples and honey or honey and crackers.
Make a toast with Cinnamon and honey sprinkled on top.


17. Make Overs!!
Ok even if we don`t go around in fancy pink clothes dressing like the next Paris Hilton there are people who we wish we looked like and who we think are beautiful. broken

When we brake things seam to no longer matter, a friends be trail is what broke me , i think i am a good kid, i try my hardest at school i help when i can and I'm a friend when u need one. I put trust in someone..someone who ment alot to me ,i listened to his words hoping to hear his thoughts and help his dreams come true , a friend is a magical thing wich keeps sanity sane. its a complicated prosses and no one ever said it made sence and even though we get hert and think we learned are lesson we r still trusting we are still human but it dosent mean we are not broken.
The heart is a very fragile thing even if we dont love the people like to get married your heart can still be broken like it was that type of life , r feelings all conect to our heart and soul each time we are hert a piece shatters off but we persavere and keep trying like that peice has never left but when it comes down to it the impact is twice as effective.

Maybe a dream or maybe reality..when i woke up the first thing i see is camo bags from the army i stand and walk towards the bathroom silver tags hang down from the mirror , the things i promised my self i would never get attached to , the things that..have came true? i contact him and he dose not say a word that makes me un happy..mearly when he comes home..and the picture worth a million words..is also worth 1 broken heart is it bad to say these are equal..the have the same massive impact it was like standing still and watching the monsoon wipe away everything and u stand in the middle waiting and waiting because you rather be swept away with that monsoon then face the true facts of what has just happened.

We r human so that is what we think or that is what we call our selfs ..we are things that can go thrue hell and back and still look the dragon in the eye and live to tell the story ..we will get past this we....we do not exist,there is no we, it was a dream,wake up you were dreaming you thought you could be happy...wake up because it will still be the same tommorow there will still be that missing piece when you wake and even when they say time heals all, sometimes things take to long to heal

yah theres a lot of spelling errors , i write what comes to my mind and i live it the wait it is thats just mean so leave it be.

So I probably had the worst dreams of my life last night,The one that stuck with me the most is that i was telling my brother to clean up his mess but he didn't want to instead he wanted to go play with his friends, so i had to chance  him down and tell him in front of his friends , dreams are always kinda of hard to member all i know is that ended up coming to the point were the way he got out of it was by calling out my weight and all him and his friends were laughing. i woke up around 5 am from that dream,fell back asleep and dreamed that my mom called my dad and she said that i could go over there and babysit my sisters Saturday night,she wanted me only to go over there so i could get some items i left behind when i moved out...In my dream i was so happy, I got to hug and play with my little sister and then my other little sister haily got dropped off and ran into my arms as i hugged her...it was probably one of the most heart braking things when i woke up..I miss my little sisters a lot. I thought dreams were spose to be one of those relaxation points , but instead I'm to stressed to even be relaxed in my sleep, I keep battling with eating food regulatory this started about a month ago i developed a fear of fat people you could say..Im stressed that i have to amazing little sisters that i will never be able to see again, and the fact that this is spose to be my senior year of high school and i will be held back for a few months because of the lack of an internship, my best friend didn't not talk to me for a while and a old friend came back into my life but truthfully i am not allowed to be her friend because of some things that happened,I fear that through out my life i will continue to get sick like i do and its very hard to keep in control even taking the pills i still end up bed ridden i never have energy for things i need to do, I'm in debt by 250 150 was paid off and still down 125 but i have had no luck getting a job, also i think I'm going def in my good ear.. which really sucks,I usually take pictures when i have the chance because i like when people like my work, my batteries are dead though i dont have money to get any more,my senior year from the end of 2011-2012 i fear more then anything,this is the year your life needs to be put together and when you should move out..I fear life, i fear weight,i fear friends and i fear loosing , i fear 2011-2012 the most.
